Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 26, 2025

1. Introduction

Array Corporation Europe ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website.

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information from visitors to our website:

  • Contact information you voluntarily provide through our contact forms (name, email address, phone number, company name, and message content)
  • Technical information automatically collected by our hosting provider (IP address, browser type, operating system, and access times)

We do not use tracking cookies. Our website may use essential technical cookies required for basic functionality, such as session management.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data based on the following legal bases under Article 6 GDPR:

Legitimate Interest

We process contact information you submit through our contact forms to respond to your inquiries and provide customer support. This is necessary to enable communication and fulfill our legitimate business interest in addressing customer requests. We balance this interest against your fundamental rights and have determined that the processing is proportionate as we collect only essential contact information, provide clear transparency through this policy, and you can exercise your rights at any time (see Section 7).

Legal Obligation and Compliance

We retain correspondence and technical data to comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including tax obligations, contract retention requirements, and potential legal disputes.

Legitimate Interest

We use Cloudflare for content delivery and DDoS protection. This processing is necessary to maintain website security, prevent malicious attacks, and ensure service availability. We have conducted a balancing test and determined this is proportionate because (a) website security is a fundamental necessity, (b) we share minimal data (primarily IP addresses), and (c) data subjects can contact us to object if they have concerns.

4. Data Storage and Hosting

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Our data storage is hosted on servers provided by Hetzner Online GmbH, located in Germany (European Union). All data is stored and processed within the EU in compliance with GDPR requirements.

We use Cloudflare for content delivery and security purposes (DDoS protection and Web Application Firewall). Cloudflare processes technical data (IP addresses) to provide these services. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and maintains appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
  • To communicate with you about our products and services
  • To maintain the security and integrity of our website (including DDoS protection)
  • To comply with legal obligations
  • To retain records of correspondence for business relationship purposes and potential legal reference

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • With service providers who assist us in operating our website (hosting providers like Hetzner, content delivery networks like Cloudflare, email services)
  • When required by law or to protect our legal rights
  • With your explicit consent

7. Your Rights Under GDPR

As a resident of the European Union, you have the following rights regarding your personal data under Articles 15-22 GDPR:

  • Right to access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification: You can request that we correct any inaccurate personal data
  • Right to erasure: You can request that we delete your personal data, subject to our retention obligations
  • Right to restrict processing: You can request that we limit how we use your data
  • Right to data portability: You can request a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format
  • Right to object: You can object to our processing of your personal data

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information provided below. We will respond to your request within ten (10) business days. If your request is complex or requires further clarification, we may extend this period by an additional two weeks and will notify you accordingly.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy:

Contact form data

We retain contact information and correspondence for up to 5 years following the last interaction. This period is justified because (a) we require records for business relationship continuity and legal reference purposes (such as dispute resolution or regulatory compliance), and (b) this aligns with standard commercial record retention practices and applicable legal obligations.

Technical data (IP addresses)

We retain technical logs for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention purposes, after which they are automatically deleted or anonymized.

If you request deletion, we will honor this request unless we are required to retain the data by law.

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child, we will take steps to delete such information.

11. Automated Decision-Making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on data subjects.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
